RULES & REGULATIONS
  • The school places emphasis on character building both at home & school. Parents and guardians are accordingly required to extend their full cooperation with the School authorities for the education of their children.
  • A student must attain 90% attendance during the session. If he / she fail to do so he / she will not be allowed to take the annual examination and will have to repeat in the same class.
  • Any student remains absent from the school for ten consecutive days without any information his / her name will be removed from the school.
  • A student fails twice in the same class shall result in removal from school.
  • Punctuality and regularity in the daily attendance are insisted upon. Leave of absence may be granted for serious reasons only. If a pupil be absent owing to illness, a note from his parent or guardian testifying the fact must be given along with a Medical Certificate.
  • Students should come to school neat and tidy in the school uniforms. In case of untidiness or improper uniform without proper hair-cut, the students are liable to be sent back home.
  • If a student found unsuitable to be in the school for any reasons, he / she will be asked to leave the school.
  • No School Leaving Certificate will be granted till all the school fee and other dues are paid.
  • Students are strictly forbidden from taking part in any political, sectarian or controversial activities inside or outside the school.
  • The students are not allowed to bring any valuable thing in the school. If it is lost the school will not be responsible.
  • Any kind of damage to the school property / premises will have to be made good with fines by the parents / guardian of the students at fault.
  • The tuition fee shall be promptly paid by the 15th of each month. After that fines will be charged. If a student’s fee is two month in arrear, his name is liable to be removed from the school rolls. The re-admission if granted will be on payment of re-admission fee.
  • The transportation of the student from and to the school is the responsibility of the parents / guardian. The school has no transport system of its own, nor it has any jurisdiction over private transporters.
  • The principal’s decision shall be final and binding on all students and parents / guardians in all academic and disciplinary matters. Parents / guardians shall pay all fines, imposed by the principal for any misconduct of their sons / wards.
SCHOOL UNIFORM

For Boys:

  • Shirt : White Cotton or Polyester, Half sleeves Double pocket & badge on the left pocket.
  • Socks : Black.
  • Shoes : Black Broad Toe with laces and P.T. Shoes for Games.
  • Trouser/Short : Dark Blue Cotton or Polyester.
  • Necktie : Dark Blue with Yellow Stripes.
  • Pullover : Grey with Blue Stripes.

For Girls:

  • White Kurta Shalwar with Navy Blue stripes.
  • Frock or Kurta Shalwar for Nursery class.
  • Black Shoes with white socks.
  • Grey with Blue stripes (Pullover).

Note for Uniform Regulations:

  • Machine made Grey with Blue stripes jersey shall be worn in winter.
  • Neck, Ties, socks, stockings and belts are available at the school shop.
  • All students must wear white canvas P.T. shoes in the games period.
STUDIES
  • The school places special emphasize on character formation and home influence. Parents and guardians are accordingly required to give the school authorities their full cooperation. It is only with their cooperation that they may look forward to good results.
  • Parents are expected to see if their children revise their lesson regularly and prepare their lesson at home adequately.
  • Reports are issued after each examination for the information of parents / guardians. Further information may be collected from the Principal on application. Failing twice during the academic career in the school shall result in removal from the school.

PRIVATE TUITION:

  • The school authorities strongly discourage the engaging of private tutors. No Private tutors should be engaged without the permission of the principal.

TERM VACATIONS AND HOLIDAYS

  • The school authorities shall announce vacation and holidays and their observance shall be binding on the parents.

SCHOOL FEES

  • Fee will be deposited from 1st to 15th of each month in Bank Al-Habib Bufferzone branch & Shadman branch. Fee challan will be given to the students’ up to 3rd day of the month. Incase fee challan is not received by 5th of the month; parents are requested to contact accounts department. Non Receipt of fee challan will not be accepted as an excuse for delaying payment.
  • Note: If student’s fee is one month in arrear, his name will be removed from school rolls.
